The Pumpkin Seed VIJAYA, origin Europe, is characterized by a dark green color and a flat oval shape.
Among this range, VIJAYA offers a French and local pumpkin seed.
The VIJAYA Pumpkin Seed, from the Shine Skin variety, is native to China.
It is a seed "Grade AA", a high quality criterion that refers to a pumpkin seed that has undergone selective sorting in order to obtain a beautiful uniform green color.
Very nourishing and energetic, the pumpkin seed is easy to use.

HOW TO CONSUME:
An original touch to aperitifs: savoury cakes, tortillas with pumpkin seeds...
Crushed, in a cold sauce (for starters, mixed salads) or hot (béchamel sauces, aurora, white...).
In multi-cereal breads, cakes, green salads... for a crunchy treat.
In the making of vegetable galettes: mixing it with tofu or vegetable stuffing, gruyere and grated zucchini. Integrated in minced meatballs or on a beef carpaccio.
Incorporated in homemade cereal bars.

For even more flavour, fry the pumpkin seeds in a pan or oven for a few minutes and then let them cool to serve as crispy grilled squash.
