The almond is a nut, covered with a green envelope and velvety to the touch (the bream), which dries and bursts when ripe, leaving a walnut.
When the almonds are peeled and dried, their skin is brown.

VIJAYA offers a selection of peeled almonds from Spain, which we toast ourselves.

HOW TO CONSUME:
As an aperitif or snack, ideal for the children's afternoon tea.
Whole, in salads, sauces (pesto...), tajines, meats, mueslis.
As a dessert, crushed or whole, in chocolate mousses, cookies, cakes, pies, amandines with pears, fruit salads for the crunchy, oriental pastries.

To keep all its qualities, we advise you to store this product in a cool, dry place away from air and light.
