HOW TO CONSUME:
As an aperitif, on canapés sprinkled with sunflower seeds (e.g. mixture of crushed tomatoes, ham, cheese and sunflower seeds on pizza dough).
Incorporated in breads, muffins, cakes, pies, mixed salads, greens or raw vegetables.
Finely chopped, in a sauce "pesto".
In the preparation of vegetable cakes or meatballs to vary textures.
