WISDOM OF NATURE

We are a family-owned organic production company of grape vinegar, balsamic vinegar and concentrated grape juice called Petimezi.

From the beginning, we decided to use only Greek grape varieties such as the native red variety Agiorgitiko and white variety Roditis.

Our company was founded in 2005 to make the most of our 8 ha vineyard in the famous region of Nemea, in the Peloponnese in Greece. One year later, thanks to the funding of the "LEADER+ Community Initiative", our production and bottling was completed in the village of Koutsi, located on the hills overlooking the valley with its vineyards as far as the eye can see.

Since then, all our efforts have been aimed at producing high quality, organic and healthy products and offering our customers around the world a unique and tasty experience.
