WHO WE ARE
Agrarmarkt Austria Marketing (AMA), established in 1995, is responsible for agricultural marketing on behalf of Austrian farmers.
AMA stands for:
- Quality enhancement – special development and application of quality guidelines for agricultural and processed products.
For this reason, quality assurance programmes are offered including the AMA quality certificate and the AMA organic certificate.

- Promotion of agricultural marketing – through classic advertising, sales promotion and PR, our mission is to communicate to consumers the importance of quality, freshness and the origin of produce and thereby to promote the sale of agricultural products.

In order to support exporters, AMA acts as an organiser in coordinating participation in important international food fairs and offers information for the international food industry. Furthermore, AMA provides contacts to Austrian suppliers and, if necessary, also submits advertising and photo material. AMA has initiated a number of marketing activities, such as tasting sessions, training courses and B2B public relations directed at decision-makers in the food trade business.
