Black beans

Black beans are a small-sized variety of black beans, with a cream colour pulp and sweet taste, they are used in the cuisine of southern Italy as well as in the Latin-American cuisine. A black soy fermented seed, characterized by a hot salt taste, preserved in salt and used in the Asian cuisine.
