WHAT IT IS
 Beyond Mince is designed to deliver the meaty taste, texture and versatility consumers enjoy in ground beef, but with the environmental benefits of plant-based protein. From tacos to meatballs, and from bolognese to sliders, Beyond Mince is a perfect substitute for any traditional ground beef recipe. Beyond Mince looks, cooks and tastes like ground beef, but it's 100% plant-based and contains no soy, gluten or artificially produced ingredients. It's a plant-based meat made for meat lovers!

HOW IT'S MADE 
We use cutting-edge science and technology, such as our electronic nose and meat microscope, to study meat at the molecular level. We then use this knowledge to reconstruct meat from plant-based ingredients. Thanks to our unique process of braiding proteins and fats, we are able to recreate the basic architecture, and therefore texture, of meat that carnivores know and seek. Peas and rice provide the protein. Coconut oil and potato starch guarantee appetizing juiciness and chewiness, and beet gives the meat its red hue. The result? A delectable veggie hash.
