WHAT IT IS
Beyond Sausage is the first plant-based sausage designed to look, sizzle and satisfy like traditional pork sausage. It has all the juicy, meaty flavor of a traditional pork sausage, but comes with the added benefits of plant-based meat.

HOW IT'S MADE 
Beyond Sausage's meat-like texture is the result of a blend of plant-based ingredients. Peas, beans and rice provide the protein. Traces of beet give a meaty color, and coconut oil ensures a mouth-watering juiciness. All wrapped in a remarkable 100% vegetable shell derived from seaweed. Thanks to our unique process of braiding proteins and fats, we are able to recreate the basic architecture, and therefore texture, of the meat that carnivores know and love. It's meat made from plants, made for meat lovers.
