Product’s description

An authentic taste for this traditional recipe based on original baking know-how. The Baguette is exclusively made with stoneground wheat flour, traditionnal sourdough, a pinch of sea salt and a touch of yeast. It offers a nice proportion of crust, a very honeycombed crumb thanks to slow fermentation, and delivers authentic flavours of wheat sourdough.
