Organic Muesli loaf

The unique taste of our muesli bread comes from the harmonious blend of raisins, apricots, cranberries with hazelnuts together with brown flax seed and sunflower kernels. The deliciously sweet flavours are complemented by crunchy notes in the mouth, making this bread ideal for breakfast. This is also the result of traditional baking know-how using daily refreshed solid sourdough, a Biofournil specialty since 1980.
