Organic Nordic-style loaf

Made from a mix of stone ground rye, spelt and wheat flours and topped with various sunflower, brown flax, pumpkin, sesame and poppy kernels/seeds, our new Organic Nordic bread is full of originality. Dark in color, like traditional Scandinavian black bread, it offers strong and mouth filling flavors as well as a dense and soft crumb. Available par-baked chilled or frozen.
