Vins de Chablis

Chablis wines are dry white wines characterised by their minerality, sophistication, crispness and purity. They are produced from one single varietal - Chardonnay - and split into four different appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. The 5,800 ha of vines grow on the Kimmeridgean subsoil dating back 150 million years, with a semi-contentnal climate producing wines with a good balance between sugar and acidity.
