Product’s description

Made from a single foie gras that preserves its appearance and melt-in-the-mouth texture, Ernest Soulard raw foie gras is rigorously selected and prepared by hand. You can choose between deveined and non-deveined foie gras, available fresh or frozen.

In order to satisfy as many people as possible, we have several categories. We offer a foie gras between 350 and 500g, called "extra conserveur", for all your preserves. Foie gras between 500g and 700g, known as "extra catering", is used to make terrines. Foie gras over 700g is used to make escalopes and blocks. We also offer frozen, ready-to-use escalopes to make life easier for restaurateurs.

- Loyalty and local production are Soulard's watchwords. That's why there are no fewer than 250 exclusive breeders within an 80 km radius of the production site.

- The ducks' nutrition is exclusively plant-based and verified by Soulard with a French cereal-based diet.

- Our raw deveined foies gras are made using unique know-how. That's why it's all done by hand in our workshop. Just like the seasoning, which is also perfectly executed for your enjoyment.
