Whole semi-cooked or preserved duck foie gras

Product’s description

Made from the same foie gras, it is delicately prepared and seasoned by hand to guarantee impeccable quality. It can be cooked in different ways to best suit your needs: preserved, which should be kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place, and semi-preserved, also known as "mi-cuit", which must be kept between 0°C and +4°C.

We offer different ranges of containers: glass, tin and tray and different weights, from 50g to 1kg.
