Product’s description

Stracciatella is a traditional Apulian speciality, known as "heart of burrata" or "crushed burrata".
Made by our caseificio Il Parco in San Giovani Rotondo, with cow's milk from the Puglia region.
Stracciatella is made with hand-frazzled cheese strands and fresh cream. It's no more and no less than the heart of burrata. Its taste is fine and elegant, with a creamy texture on the palate.
It's a pure delight eaten as is, on a nice slice of toast with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It can also be used as a side dish, and requires no seasoning.

This product a is available in different sizes.
