The burrata is made at our caseificio Il Parco in San Giovanni Rotondo in the Gargano, with cow's milk from the Puglia region.
The mozzarella wrapping is filled with cream and small pieces of truffle with an incomparable aroma. Once cut, the heart of the cheese flows out delicately... A delight to behold and taste.
