Product’s description

Stracciatella is a traditional Apulian speciality, known as "heart of burrata" or "crushed burrata".
Made by our caseificio Il Parco in San Giovanni Rotondo in Gargano, with cow's milk from the Puglia region.
Truffle stracciatella is made with hand-frazzled cheese strands, fresh cream and truffle slivers.
It's no more and no less than the heart of the burrata. It has a fine, elegant flavour, flavoured with bits of black truffle, and a creamy texture on the palate.
It's a pure delight eaten as is, on a nice slice of toast with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It can also be used as a side dish, and needs no seasoning whatsoever!
