Product’s description

Wheat semolina pasta is the traditional Italian meal for sure. We use exclusively Italian organic durum wheat that we transform only with the add of water. In this range we offer long pasta: tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, spaghetti and short bronze die extruded shapes: penne, fusilli, gigli, maccheroni, caserecce, fusilloni, paccheri, ecc… The drying process is extremely important for an optimal cooking result: in fact, we dry our pasta very slowly (more than 20 hours) and at low temperature: this allows us to preserve the taste of the flour and the good conservation of the products for all the shelf life.
