Product’s description
Pasta d’Alba offers a complete range of legumes pasta: we transform red lentils, green peas and chickpeas. Those 3 are exclusively for Italian cultivation and we really know the exact region of each that usually is middle or south Italy.
We transform them into different shapes: tagliatelle, fusilli, maccheroni, penne, gnocchetti…all are bronze die extruded just with water and the taste is very good!
Legumes are very appreciated and consumed all over the world, very rich in proteins this pasta is suitable for vegans, athletes and people who like legumes in general.
As the content of proteins is already high in this pasta is perfect to pair it with vegetable sauces.
