Product’s description

Egg pasta is a typical product in our region and in particular the name “tajarin” means little shape tagliolini as our grandmothers cut them by hand with a knife. Now we produce egg pasta in many different shapes: tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle and fusilloni. Long pasta is still hand nested and remains very similar to the homemade one! Fusilloni instead are bronze die extruded. Just a little olive oil and parmesan are enough to taste our pasta but for sure truffle or meat sauces are the perfect way to taste this product.
