Product’s description
Most of our range is made with many other ingredients added to semolina like:
- Vegetables: we really believe that, as pasta is an everyday meal in Italian tradition, offering a complete/unique product could be appreciated.
This range comprends: spinaches, red beet and carrots. Vegetables are very rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
This pasta is tasty already, that’s why is enough to add just olive oil and parmesan after cooking it.
- Spices: spices are really appreciated for their properties. For example, we use turmeric, which is an extraordinary antioxidant ingredient, and nettle, which is rich in iron and vitamins. But also pepper. We use a Tuscan high quality pepper that is very appreciated for its spicy taste and it is healthy too.
- Chestnut and mushrooms: they are two typical ingredients growing in our region and they give pasta a really good taste! You can match the chestnut taste with meat sauces or pumpkin in the winter period, which is fantastic!
For mushrooms, we use porcini ones which are the best in Italian tradition.
