Product’s description
It is added plum vinegar and natural soup stock of bonito and kelp(konbu) to the boiled junmaishu(pure rice sake). It's a seasoning that harmonizes umami and sourness.
It goes well with sashimi and marinades of white fish, shellfish, squid and octopus.
