Broncake - with glaze

Glazed Pistachio Broncake with a crunchy glaze of pistachios and sugar, and with small cubes of pistachio paste in the dough.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter (containing milk), pistachio grain and sugar 13.3% (50% pistachio, sugar), egg yolk, sugar, pistachio glaze 11% (sugar, egg white, 19% pistachio, almond, rice flour), natural yeast, honey, inverted sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) - acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavor, flavorings.

It does not contain raisins and candied citrus.

It may contain cereals, mustard, soy, milk and derivatives and other nuts. The ingredients in bold are allergens.
