Panettone with Strawberries and Black Cherries

Artisan Panettone – Panettone with Strawberries and Cherries, and with White Chocolate Coating.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, butter (containing MILK), candied strawberries 9,9% (strawberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, preservative: potassium sorbate E202), candied cherries 9% (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330 citric acid, natural flavors), EGG yolk, sugar, natural yeast; White Chocolate 4,5% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract); Chocolate Chips (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin E322), natural vanilla flavor), honey, inverted sugar, salt, emulsifier: (E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) – acidifier, acetic acid, vanilla flavor, flavorings.
