Crème à la Pistache

Anhydrous spreadable cream ideal to be used as a filling for confictionery products: cakes or many other desserts. It is perfect to spread on bread. For using on bakery products, using after baking would be preferable.

Ingredients: PISTACHIO (40%), sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (fats (palm, palm kernel), oils (sunflower), skimmed MILK powder, whey MILK powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322), aroma (vanillin), food colouring, cupric chlorophyllin and curcumin. The ingredients in bold are allergenes.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.

Once opened, keep in fridge and consume within a week.
