Product’s description

Red wine barrel-aged from old Bobal vines grown in altitude, fermented and matured in raw concrete tanks for 5 months, then for 6 months in 8.000-litre Frenck oak foudre. Utiel-Requena appellation. 91 points James Suckling, 90 points Tim Atkin MW. 

Bush vines, non- irrigated, 700m above sea level, chalky-clay soils, harvested by hand.

On the nose, ripe red fruit (cherries and berries) with a a few floral touches (violets). Notes of liquorice and hints of black pepper. Well-balanced and rounded tannins, long and warm finish.
