Low-alcohol rosé wine Altas Tierras 8% alc. vol.

Altas Tierras is a partially dealcoholised wine, with a nose and mouthfeel incredibly similar to an 11 or 12% wine.  Usually dealcoholised wines tend to lack structure and/or to be too sweet. In our case, we have managed to produce red, white and rosé wines with a low alcohol content (8% alc. vol.) while preserving the pleasant gastronomic sensation of a true light, fruity and dry wine, which can accompany any meal or be drunk alone as an aperitif. 

Delicate pale colour and nice fruit flavor. A great match to Asian dishes, salty snacks, cold cuts, pizza.
