Low-alcohol white wine 8% alc. vol. Altas Tierras

Altas Tierras is a partially dealcoholised wine, with a nose and mouthfeel incredibly similar to an 11 or 12% wine.  Usually dealcoholised wines tend to lack structure and/or to be too sweet. In our case, we have managed to produce red, white and rosé wines with a low alcohol content (8% alc. vol.) while preserving the pleasant gastronomic sensation of a true light, fruity and dry wine, which can accompany any meal or be drunk alone as an aperitif. 
The Altas Tierras white wine is light and refreshing, made with a very aromatic blend of white grape varieties, with citrus notes and a good balanced acidity. 

Easy to enjoy as an aperitif or to match snacks, cheese, steamed vegetables or pasta dishes. You can serve it also to fish or chicken barbecues.
