Low-alcohol red wine Altas Tierras 8% alc. vol

Altas Tierras is a partially dealcoholised wine, with a nose and mouthfeel incredibly similar to an 11 or 12% wine.  Usually dealcoholised wines tend to lack structure and/or to be too sweet. In our case, we have managed to produce dry red, white and rosé wines with a low alcohol content (8% alc. vol.) while preserving the pleasant gastronomic sensation of a true light, fruity-driven wine, which can accompany any meal or be drunk alone as an aperitif. 
The Altas Tierras red wine is tasty, light, and fruit-driven, reminding mostly of red berries. 
Clean and medium-bodied, with a persistent finish. Ideal to match cold cuts, ham, grilled red meat, stews and roasts. Also enjoyable with dark chocolate.
