Product’s description
Cava Brut NV Organic (traditional method). Light and delicate with very fine bubbles. Grape varieties: Macabeo 80% and Chardonnay 20%. Second fermentation in bottle. Aged on its lees for a minimum of 9 months before disgorging. 88 points James Suckling
The Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes are selected from different areas in the municipality of Requena, in altitude, at 70Km in the inland of Valencia. In order to respect the original taste and flavours of this cava, the expedition liqueur has been made using the same base wine used in the second fermentation.
Pale yellow colour with greenish hues, bright, with fine and persistent bubbles. Intense bouquet of pear and apple, with some notes of lime and white blossoms. On the palate it is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and a long and fine floral aftertaste.
