Dry Moscatel de SantJaume white wine

A light, balanced and fruity dry white wine. Grape variety: 100% Moscatel de Alejandría. Terraced vineyards at high altitude. Non-irrigated bush vines, manual harvest. Sustainable viticulture. The grapes from the higher areas macerate and ferment at low temperature in contact with the skins, for greater complexity on the palate. The grapes from the lower areas, at a different stage of ripeness at the time of harvest, are treated in a more traditional way, keeping only the first press and leaving it in contact with the fine lees, to obtain a fuller palate and extract the typical Moscatel aromas. Some of these wines are briefly aged in new French oak barrels, to achieve a pleasant balance between freshness and complexity.
