Inverso Godello Biological ageing

A mineral, powerful and elegant white wine. Biological ageing under the natural yeast membrane (sherry-style). Grape variety: 100% Godello (usually grown in Galicia, this grape variety has adapted wonderfully to our mountains, 40 km from the Mediterranean). Terraced vineyards at high altitude. Non-irrigated vines, harvested by hand. Sustainable viticulture.

Fermentation on its fine lees followed by an ageing in one single 500-litre French oak barrel for 12 months. Production limited to 458 bottles.
