Cremamore - Cheese
Product’s description
This extra creamy cheese is produced exclusively with pasteurized whole milk, with calf rennet, ferments and moulds. Some differences in the production recipe and its prolonged ripening allow the product to achieve a very creamy paste. The product is delivered without rind.
It is recommended to serve it with a spoon.
Cremamore cheese comes in 3 variants: Cremamore Gorgonzola PDO with cow's milk, Organic Cremamore Gorgonzola PDO with organic cow's milk and Cremamore (blue cheese) with goat's milk.
