PizzaMi's Cauliflower Base is a partially pre-cooked, frozen product, that is 100% GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGEN FREE, 100% VEGAN and CLEAN LABEL.
The ever-increasing demand for vegan products is met by this vegan base, which is not only extremely versatile, but also rich in nutrients, high in fibre and low in calories. Its recipe contains few, healthy ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil and a high vegetable content, no additives, gums and artificial flavours, making this base perfect for low-calorie and vegan diets.
The main features of this cauliflower base are: the high amount of vegetables used in the recipes (at least 50%) and the versatility of the preparation (it can be used as a base or as a wrap).
For the foodservice market the standard size of this base is 25cm x 190g, with various packaging options available for foodservice. Shelf life: 18 months. Storage temperature: -18°C.
In addition to the standard recipe, a low-calorie, low-carbohydrate recipe is available for the retail and private label markets, which contains buckwheat and chickpea flour for a lower carbohydrate intake and higher fibre content. The standard size of this base is 25cm x 190g, but other sizes, recipes and weights are available on request for PRIVATE LABEL RETAIL PROJECTS. Shelf life: 18 months. Storage temperature: -18°C. Organic and Kosher production available on request.
Toppings can be added on request for private label retail projects.
