Product’s description

PizzaMi's Traditional italian Dough Base is a frozen product, that is 100% GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGEN FREE, 100% VEGAN and MADE IN ITALY.
Its recipe includes unique, high quality ingredients such as Mediterranean seawater, Extra-Virgin Olive oil and a custom blend of flours and starches that help to achieve the airy and chewy texture typical of products containing gluten.
The main features of this 'traditional style' pizza dough are: its unique, premium recipe containing all of our signature top quality ingredients, its versatility and ease of preparation.
The standard size of this pizza dough is 250 g. Shelf life: 18 months. Storage temperature: -18°C.
This product is available to the foodservice market in a carton box of 20 loose pieces, each individually wrapped for convenient use and storage. Organic and Kosher versions available on request.
