PizzaMi's Margherita PINSA is a FROZEN product, that is 100% GLUTEN FREE. This product is a new and special item that can differentiate the offer in the gluten free pizza market.
Its recipe includes unique, high quality ingredients such as Mediterranean seawater, Extra-Virgin Olive oil and a custom blend of flours and starches that help to achieve the airy and chewy texture typical of products containing gluten.
The main features of this PINSA Margherita are: the oval, irregular shape typical of roman pinsa,the billowy soft crust, and the airy texture, and tasty topping made of 100% Italian tomatoes and guey, Italian mozzarella.
The standard size of this pinsa margherita is 250 g; Shelf life: 18 months. Storage temperature: -18°C.
This product is available for PRIVATE LABEL retail projects; different toppings, sizes and weights available on request. It can be produced with Organic certification on demand.
