PizzaMi's bread is a partially pre-cooked, frozen product, that is 100% GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGEN FREE and 100% VEGAN.
Its recipe includes unique, high quality ingredients such as Mediterranean seawater, Extra-Virgin Olive oil and a custom blend of flours and starches that help to achieve the pillowy and chewy texture typical of products containing gluten. It has a low yeast content thanks to the natural, long, temperature-controlled fermentation process, which makes the dough more digestible.
The key features of our gluten-free bread are: a soft, chewy texture that perfectly mimics gluten-containing bread and a versatility of use that makes this product the perfect accompaniment to any gluten-free meal. This product is available for the foodservice market in a variety of packaging, shapes and weights (loaf/70g and mini roll/30g). Shelf life: 18 months. Storage temperature: -18°C.
