PizzaMi's Traditional Italian Pizza Margherita is a FROZEN product, that is 100% GLUTEN and LACTOSE FREE and MADE IN ITALY.
Its recipe includes unique, high quality ingredients such as Mediterranean seawater, Extra-Virgin Olive oil and a custom blend of flours and starches that help to achieve the airy and chewy texture typical of products containing gluten. For a more authentic taste, it is topped with mozzarella and 100% Italian tomatoes.
The main features of this Pizza Margherita are: crispy cornicione, soft and airy crust and authentic Italian taste.
Its standard size for the retail market is 25cm, available branded Pizzami or private labelled. Toppings and packaging can be customised for private label retail projects. A special ovenable packaging is available for retail projects. It provides a smart vector for cooking the pizza while avoiding gluten contamination. It can be produced with Organic certification on demand.
In 2024, we launched a vegan version of our iconic Pizza Margherita, using a vegan preparation as a cheese substitute. This preparation is made with Acquafaba, a chickpea-based compound that is high in fibre, protein and low in calories.
The standard foodservice size is 30cm x 440g. It is available in a variety of packaging options.
