PizzaMi's Roman Style Pinsa Base is a partially pre-cooked frozen product that is 100% GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGEN FREE and 100% VEGAN and MADE IN ITALY.
Its recipe includes unique, high-quality ingredients such as Mediterranean seawater, extra virgin olive oil and a custom blend of flours and starches that help achieve the airy, chewy texture typical of products containing gluten. Thanks to the natural, long, temperature-controlled leavening process, it has a low yeast content, which makes the dough more digestible.
The handcrafted finish gives this product the irregular, billowy shape typical of traditional Roman pinsa. It also gives it a more artisanal finish.
The main features of the "traditional" Roman style pinsa base are: its oval-like, irregular shape, a blistered, soft crust, and the light and soft texture.
The standard size of this pinsa base is 30x17cm / 240g for foodservice targeted products; different sizes and weights available on request for private label retail projects. Shelf life: 18 months, storage temperature: -18°C.
This product is available for both the retail and foodservice markets, with various packaging options available for foodservice. This pinsa base can be customized with toppings for retail PRIVATE LABEL projects. Organic and kosher productions available on demand.
